<description>The additive dose method itself is not affected by the variance among different samples.&lt;br /&gt;
However to detect the additional dose due to an accidental exposure, we might have to think about the variance of background signals in the case of added doses would be limited and if we do not want to &amp;nbsp;miss this small added doses.</description>
